Mark Zimmerman, founder and president of United Services, is an MBA graduate of Pepperdine University. He also earned a BA in Economics from UC Irvine, graduating with cum laude honors. After entering the real estate profession in 2002, Mark quickly became regarded as one of the area’s top real estate and mortgage brokers. Soon after Mark became a nationwide top performing wholesale mortgage lender, with closing transactions in the range of $20million per month.
In line with his innovative style, Mark developed a valuable online system for the real estate industry which was later acquired by the leading online real estate company in the United States.
Currently, Mark combines his experience with design, management, and brokerage into a multi-state real estate marketing presence. He holds BRE broker licenses in California and Florida. Mark also holds a mortgage license with the NMLS.
